• We are happy to provide a refund of your purchase price, no questions asked, if your item is in the new, original, and resalable condition you received it in, per the terms of our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

• We are happy to provide an exchange or a refund of your purchase price, no questions asked, if your item is in the new, original, and resalable condition you received it in.
• You have a full 60 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you'd like to make a return for an exchange or refund.  Just contact us by email within that time period.
• (The exception is our deeply discounted, clearance items, which are not returnable as noted on those product pages).
• All returns must be arranged in advance. Please email us to receive Return Instructions, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and the specific shipping center address for your item. Returned items that do not include a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
• Fabric and textile items that have been exposed to smoke, perfume, odors or pets are no longer considered new and are not returnable.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.  Shipping charges on items sent out in exchange are customer's responsibility.
• Once return is received, please allow 2 business days processing for exchanges and 5 business days processing for refunds.
• Purchases that are returned that do not meet the terms of the Returns Policy are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  These items may be donated to local charity, or partially refunded (less a 50% Restocking Fee), at our discretion.
• Parcels returned to us as Undeliverable or Refused incur a 50% restocking fee.
